I weighed myself this morning thinking after doing 30 day shred for 4 days I should have at least lost something. Considering I've practically killed myself the last 4 days doing things I have never in my life done before? No, I haven't lost anything. I've gained .6 ... I'm gaining. I am really starting to get depressed. I don't know what else to do. I've done everything I can think of. I am not losing weight no matter what I do. I don't know what else to do. All I can do is to keep doing 30 day shred and watching what I eat and maybe eventually I'll lose something. I don't want to dwell on it because I just get pissed off and upset. I've been at my plateau for almost 4 weeks now. Absolutely nothing I've tried has helped me lose any weight. I'm fucking GAINING!!!!! I'm at a loss for what to do. I'll just keep trucking along and not think about it. The stress of it is going to make me go ballistic.

I think I might have an idea on why I'm not losing weight. I need to test my theory. I'll get back on this.....

I feel for you! Busting your butt, but not seeing the scales move down! That's why I hated & avoided scales for years!!!! Not to critizes you, believe me, just trying to help, but I looked at your food log. Are you 100% sure you log everything? I used to miss out the little snacks & scraps I had on the side. Easily done & quickly forgotten. A lot of your food sounds like convinient food, try to have more fresh stuff, more salads & not so many burgers. I hope you are not taking this the wrong way, but I had to read that you struggle. And don't forget: Muscles weigh more than fat. Hang in there, don't go ballistic....go for a run :)

I've been feeling the same way! I think it's muscle weight. Are you measuring yourself? I think I read that your only suppose to measure once per month. I would ask in the exercise forums and see what they have to say. Just remember that we can't turn mountains into molehills overnight. It took awhile to get here, it'll take awhile to get back.

I think it might be some vitamins I'm taking. I'm going to stop taking them and see what happens. If I remember correctly I started taking the vitamins around the time I plateaued so I think that's it. No more vitamins. We'll see what happens.
