So I'm super tired and irritated today. I'm guessing its my time to be the big "B" word. LOL. So I'm hoping that my family just leaves me alone for the next couple of days and doesn't do anything stupid to irritate me. So far so good on my calories. I've eating under 600 so far for the day so that means that I can have a nice dinner and maybe one of my 100 calorie snacks for dessert. Maybe my sugar free ice cream bar. YUMMY!! But first thing I have to do when I get home is jump into some more cardio even though my foot is still killing me. Then some light weight training before bed. Just not feeling like my happy, chipper self today. Oh well.
