Needs-to-lose's Logboek, 06 sep 13

I have more energy today then I have had in a long time. I can't sit still for very long. That's a good sign hopefully. My pedometer says I've been walking 10,000 or more steps per day :) I've been parking further away from the store doors, and doing a lot of cardio here at home. I've been switching up my exercise routine so I don't get bored. Plus, I've been getting back into the habit of weighing my food portions and really watching how much I eat. I bought a big candy bar from Aldi yesterday and split it into the serving size and froze the pieces. Freezing them helps me to eat them slower and I can enjoy the taste and it has helped me not to eat the entire bar in one sitting.
