Needs-to-lose's Logboek, 20 jan 14

I had a little problem Saturday night where I had to take a nitroglycerin tab and I found out that since I had been doing my cardio before taking my meds that I was getting too much adrenaline to my heart. So now I have to make sure I get my meds on board first, then do my cardio, with longer breaks in between each set. First 20 minutes done and I will go back in about an hour and do my last 10 minutes.
