While I didn't track here and barely did on WW, I made mostly good choices, walked that treadmill and used the bike in the fitness room morning and evening, and still managed to lose .8 of a pound :) I was surprised. I would have expected and accepted a small gain and been happy with a maintain. We ate at Cracker Barrel several times, a fish house and a barbeque place. Had food in the room and also ate the breakfast in the hotel each morning. Now that I got through all that I'll probably struggle this week ;) Naw, it's all good !!
