Couldn’t sleep last night; went downstairs and read until after 4. Ate rice cakes with peanut butter, almonds and cheese. Counted them as today’s breakfast.

Thanks for sharing. I’m always torn on where to input my insomnia snacks. Last time I split them between the previous day and the one ahead. Hope you could sleep in! I blame that wild full moon.

I did the exact same thing but I ate around 1 AM. then I did not eat till 2PM. Night eating is1 of y biggest challenges but last night was the 1st time I have given in to it for at least 6 months. I did not eat anything I was not allowed but it is a habit I don't want to fall back into.

sleep can be difficult as late I've been up by 4 in the morning no matter what time I go to bed at night I hope you get a nap 😴

I’m a night shifter, so I definitely understand about not sleeping. Been doing it for 15 years and still don’t have a regular sleep pattern
