Today was my "you get a free meal" and we went out to eat .. .Mexican.... I didn't choose as wisely as I should have so I'm way over my calories for the day. But this is the first time I went over since starting two weeks ago. While this was my free day, it really isn't an excuse to be this bad. I really want to get better and choose healthier options. Next week on my free meal day I will do better. A little indulgence once a week isn't horrible but being this bad is terrible.
The good news is this morning I was down another pound.
