Ate steak and roasted potatoes for dinner. Was okay but the steak was a bit tough. I wish I knew how to make it tender. I was within my calorie count but I could have eaten healthier. Oh well, one step at a time. At least I didn't give in to dessert. Tomorrow's dinner will be better, sea bass, salad, roasted zucchini. I joined the dancing challenge which will start soon. I think that will be a fun exercise rather than just walking on my treadmill.
