I finally got rid of the M&Ms. They were my crutch and "emergency" reserve.
Today I have a dental appointment right after work. I'm a bit worried because I"ve been eating lighter breakfast and lunch and after work, my stomach feels hollow. Normally I eat a light snack after I get home which tides me over until dinner. Yesterday I was super hollow and all the fast food places called to me. I actually pulled over twice to look up the calories on a sausage biscuit and plain bean burrito, both times I decided against them once I saw how very, very bad they were.
I am terrible at this eating right thing .. horrible. But I am going to plug along.
