6/9/22 I guess the weight I initially lost was water weight. My true weight seems to be 267.2 from 270 I did lose some weight; however, I have yet to measure any Ketones. I'm sticking with it. I really want to know what it is like to be in ketosis. My workouts are very good, I'm staying consistent. In order to be in ketosis, according to the data, I'll have to closely watch my protein intake and cut the carbs more.
