Rough weekend, I did not record my eating habits but I am sure they were bad. Hopefully all the boating and tubing burned off the excess calories. LOL So far my weight is holding though.

Agreed... We tend to hit the lake almost every weekend during the summer. What is the point in trying to be healthy if you can't cut loose once in a while. LOL
