I came here initially to support my friend in her goals to loose weight... I decided I need to gain some weight but I want to do it in a healthy way. I am 110 lbs and I had formally been 116-118 but with more muscle tone. I want to be there again. We are doing plyometric exercise. I do some treadmill for warming up mostly. We take walks. We will soon start riding our bicycles. Anything else you want to know about me... just ask!
