Oh the Mother's day buffet and all the meat and desserts. Maintained small portions and laid off of the multiple dessert opps and did not feel severely stretched leaving the place. All good - a good run today will help.

Pulling from my stores yesterday. It was a long day of meetings that prevented me from getting a good lunch and then I put in a four mile run on the path and did not feel the strength I normally do during these runs. I think the tank ran dry since I only ate a PowerBar for lunch. Better fueling today will be key.

A really good day - lots of fresh greens and grains to eat and a strong 3 mile run in the middle. I logged my fastest time in almost two years and was rewarded with good morning weight. I have a lot of momentum now and the Bolder Boulder 10K at the end of the month is easily within reach now.

Ughh - chinese food is causing problems again. I think the high sodium content must cause water retention or something. A good run in 85 degree Colorado weather today should help a lot!
