its saturday 14th august 2010, i have been doing a healthy eating/exercise thing for about 6 weeks, the week before i started i was ill with stomach flu before that i weighed 200lbs (14 stone 4) exactly and i lost 5lbs being ill

then kicked in the healthy eating and exercise and i managed to get down to 188lbs (13 stone 6)

but this week ive had a bad week and i shall be honest i have eaten a load of crap and the exercise has only happened twice this week which has lead to me gaining 2lbs so im now 190lbs (13 stone 8)

so as of tomorrow im getting back into it

healthy food in - salad, steamed/mediterranean veg, fruit, turkey, chicken, lamb joints, tuna, tortilla wraps, jalapenos, green tea and water

unhealthy food out - pizza, crisps, fizzy pop

exercise in - mon, wed, fri - weight lifting (dumbbells) x2 sets of each exercise + WII fit/sports/sports resort, tues, thurs, sun - exercise DVD + WII fit/sports/sports resort, saturday will be my day off

im aiming to drink at least 4 pints of water or green tea a day and cut fizzy drinks to a min IE once or so a week

saturday is also my weigh in day, straight out of bed, nothing to eat or drink, toilet for 1 and 2 and with no clothes on

i will be limiting my cals to 1300-1500 a day and will be VERY strict about going over

i will still have a treat but im going to keep it to once a fortnight or no more than once a week

i am aiming to lose 2lbs a week if poss, my goal is to get from 13 stone 8 to 12 stone which i know at my height of 5ft2 will still leave me overweight but once i get to 12 stone i will be able to set myself another target

after my bad week im pumped again, i really want to do this
