Definitely sprained my wrist. Dammit. Today was supposed to be my upper body weight day, but now I guess I'm gonna have to do cardio instead. I hate cardio. It's painful and I can't do it any other way. But it's all means to an end. If Natalie can do 2 cardio sessions in a day, I can do one. Although, I don't see how ANYONE can wake up at 5 in the morning to do that! Jeez... Well, it's not 5 a.m. and I can definitely get it done today. The question always is, am I doing enough?

I had a wonderful interval training session today. It helped relieve some of the soreness from the weights yesterday, and I feel that much closer to attaining my goal. Once I reach my goal weight by end of this year, I plan to attack the weights and train like Natalie.
This is FUN!!!

Ugh. Hurt my wrist lifting weights yesterday, now I have to give it a rest. This is what poor form will do to you. I might just up the cardio to keep the momentum going. I hate it when a monkey-wrench is thrown into my plan. And up until now I was training so well...
However, I'm feeling such a burn from yesterday's workout:
Walking lunges 17.5 lbs (2 sets); 20 lbs (2 sets)
Seated leg press 100 lbs (1 set)
Deadlift 1 set of each - 50 lb, 60 lbs, 70 lbs, 80 lbs
Seated leg-curl 45 lbs, 1 set
crunches 35 lbs, 2 sets; 40 lbs, 1 set; 45 lbs, 1 set
seated calf-raises 65, 80, 95, 110 lbs, 1 set of each
My ass and quads are on FIRE today. It's such an awesome kind of pain!!
I need to do more ab work. I can do that without hurting my wrist...yeah...
