Mahjohn or anyone, I have a question: I am considering joining the 5 carb challenge. I know it's only 3 weeks long. I want to know if I will still have the energy to complete my jobs? They are strenuous. I also walk and do hasfit beginner challenge and am going to try the dance challenge. Only when I signed up for the dance challenge I didn't notice the goal is to lose 15 lbs. I have no interest to drop pounds that fast. If anyone on here sees my diet calendar, you'll notice I eat large amounts of certain foods. It's so I have the energy for work. Since Monday is payday, I will start eating better. Anyone have any input??? I'd appreciate your thoughts
