Another 2 lbs lost which is all good. Had a really busy week so not so much exercise, but stayed true to the diet.

Just one pound lost this week, but at least it's in the right direction. I ran 19 miles and the running is getting easier thankfully. Still sticking 100% to the plant based diet, but had a free weekend and enjoyed having a few beers and wines. All is good!

Well good news is that I am now below 200 lbs for the first time in a while. I stuck to the plant based diet (as I intend to for a while), but managed to have a few beers (well it is Spring training in Arizona) and red wines.
I had two work related (social) games to go to and it was hard watching everyone dive into burgers, hot dogs and nachos, but I stuck to my guns and was rewarded.

Weight coming off more slowly now - had a few glasses of wine at the weekend (... well more than a few I guess!. At least it is still going down.
I ran 17.5 miles and exercised 6 times in the last week.

Diet and exercise going really well. Still only on a plant based diet, and ramped up the exercise. I ran 17.5 miles this week, clothes are not so much of a struggle to fit into - which is good.
After 10 days without any alcohol, I started having a few glasses of wine at weekends. With weight down 2.4 lbs from last weigh in and 10.6 lbs in 20 days - I'll take that thank you!!
