Spent a lazy day with the wife and kid yesterday for Mother's Day, then took them out to dinner along with my mom, stepdad, and brother. We all ate way way too much, and didn't exercise nearly enough, although the wife and I still got our mile in! Back on track today, and counting down the days for this running challege month to be over. I want to lift heavy things again, dang it!

Feeling good. Missing X3 though, and treadmill running is so boring.
Anyone do/try Crossfit? I'd like to hear your experiences!

I weighed in today after a hard run interval workout. I realized I hadn't done so in a couple of weeks and wanted to see where I was holding after finishing X3 and stepping my workouts back a bit in intensity by comparison.
Food has remained virtually the same, with a few poor days due to some traveling and flat out misbehaving.
Must be doing something right. Dropped another couple of pounds. I don't actually want to get much lower, though. I'd rather stick around this weight and just swap out the remaining "insulation" for "foundation".
