Feeling fit, fed and strong!

Held it together this weekend. Not only food-wise, but I actually had energy to get a run in. it wasn't fast.
Feeling good and feeling strong! Taking BMI measurements this week.

we went climbing and I'm SO excited about the picture that my husband took of me on this boulder problem. I can never see what my back looks like, but OMG, I CAN SEE SHOULDER MUSCLES! YAY!!!
had lots of energy and felt strong. Was even able to keep it together for 5 days in a row at the gym. I LOVE THIS!!! Appetite is in check and all muscle/strength gain!
Thai soup for dinner, which was ok, but not really exactly what I needed, so I took some Keto O/S right before...around 5pm.

I think I'm on to something. Took my keto O/S an hour before my workout again.
worked on snatch technique and was able to comfortably and correctly squat my power PR and still have "gas in the tank". finished up with 2 sets of 10 thrusters at 83# and could have gone heavier, but those were REALLY solid! Earlier this week I was feeling lethargic. The little tweaks have paid off in spades so far.
oh, and I did do a progress picture yesterday. The C-section pooch is GETTING SMALLER!!!
So, my goal isn't weight loss, it's strength gain, and "pants loss".
So far so good. "call me butter 'cause I'm on a roll!"

I'm up a pound but I know it's muscle gain!!! I was able to do my handstand pushups with only one mat today, AND 15 banded bar muscle ups WITHOUT FAILING A SINGLE ONE!!! I was super strong on the row today as well. I FEEL LIKE A MONSTER!!! YEAH!
I changed it up a bit - took Keto O/S an hour before my workout rather than 1/2 hour. I think this is a game changer. Today might be a fine progress picture day.
