OKAY, Listen up troops.
This blah blah blah excuses sh!t has got to go. I know there is a group of us who are burnt out on the whole dang idea of tracking our food intake and making the effort to get workout on.
Well, we're the only ones that can make us do it.
I weighed in at 224.8 today, and I will be weighing myself twice weekly. Trying to hide the scale until Christmas just gave me an excuse not to even try. It's time to eff excuses and get this shiz done!
We have to get this done, and no one is going to do it for us.
I'm glad I'm in the lower end of the 220s, and it is my TOM.
I worked out for an hour, and I am tracking my food and I hope you ladies are going to take some inspiration from this and get your butts in gear.
Winter is the perfect time to lose weight, because we cover ourselves up with baggy cloths, so once it starts to warm up and we shed the layers, people will also notice that not only is the weather hotter, and the clothes are shed - but we're ALSO hotter with our pounds shed.
I have come too far to give up now, and you should feel the same way. Make yourself proud, and get back on it

Although I really really do not want to, I'm gonna go workout. Hopefully I can make my schedule normal for the next few weeks - Staying up for 20+hours and then sleeping for 12+ is really tough on dividing up my calories for being awake.
Ugh, here comes the workout.

I find it very hard to make journal entries when I'm not updating about my morning weigh in.
I miss my scale. I miss it a lot.
I know I'm doing this for the greater good, but I feel like I'm losing steam. I just want to pig out on junk food. Constantly.
That and sleep. Sleep for days.
Screw Winter.
