Did some weights, lunges, squats and crunches.
Then I did 45 minutes of elliptical on Hardcore mode.
15 minute stretch/yoga cool down.
I'm serious about this weight loss and I will lose these ten pounds that came back again and again if I have to. Nothing is going to stop me because it will feel that much better when I finally get there again, right???

I weighed in at 230, what the efffffffffffff. Frustrating that I'm going to have to lose the same 10 pounds I've already lost. GRUMBLE.

I worked out for an episode of Dexter. 54 minutes.
It was a good little workout, but I think I am going to try manually adjusting the incline and resistance next time to get a higher sweat outta myself. I need to sweat off this crazy spike in weight. Boost the ol'metabolism :)
I also cleaned the bathroom inside out and the kitchen halfassidly - I'm going to go finish it up after my shower. I measured my inches, atleast those are down.
I'm working tonight. I need to make some little snacks for the night :)
Okay, gonna get to it.

I'm angry and I don't care if I sound like a baby. 230 this morning. How is this possible? I'm following my diet, and not eating salty things. :(

Although I have a wonky high on the scale, I took my measurements and everything is down, which is exciting. Although its hard to measure yourself now isn't it.
It's time for sleep.
