I am heavy but not fat. I have extra fat in my stomach. I want to lose that while keeping my muscular stature.

Hi and WELCOME Wesley!! There are loads of people here who are a great help. My kids are all grown with lives of their own but I remember what it was like being a busy parent. Though I'm challenged by fibromyalgia and diabetes 2, I am doing very well here. There are plently here working to keep or build their muscle as well. You might check out the groups and forums.
