Yes! Still going I'm going to break into a jig if I'm still dropping like this next week! My tight hold on my calorie intake is finally paying off! I have had to give up so many yummy things I love but if it's for a weight that makes me happy and healthy well I guess it's a price I'll pay besides I don't have to never have them just not nearly as often as I wish I could which is every day. Once a week for treats.... I can live with that.
