Passed the 10 lb mark today!! Ok, maybe not 100%, but really trying to eat better and smaller. Even allowed myself a few nachos and a Sam Adams last night!! (Of course, the beer was my dessert, so no cookies!) Yesterday did a ton of yardwork, so that was good exercise - still have lots to go! So excited - a quarter of my goal accomplished!
