I fell off of the wagon so hard this weekend that I still have a bump on my head. I had 1 1/2 glasses of wine, which made me totally sick with a horrible headache, and 2 pieces of greek pizza. I feel horrible for doing this. Oh well, Operation Hot Body is back on today!

You hang in there. All that matters is that we NEVER give up. You get up, tell yourself you're sorry for letting yourself down and you move on. "Operation Hot Body" continues. I may have to steal that title from you. LOLOL Good luck!! You can do this!!!

Gittin' back up in that saddle and RIDING LIKE THE WIND is what it's all about... you CAN DO THIS!! You have to plan ahead, and decide that you are worth it, that you do DESERVE to get to your goal... NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!!! YAYAYAYA! lol =D
