Well lets see. I'm 48.I've been married 2 Yrs. I weighed 236 when I got married. Got down to 197 with "some" Atkins, but my Cholesterol jumped up so high, now I'm on Meds. for that. Also have been put on diabetes Meds.( for a genetic marker) If I lose about 40 lbs. I can get off both! So I've really got to get it together and lose this weight! It's hard for me to exercise, I have hip and back issues, so normal exercise is a little difficult. I think if I lose some weight, it would help those issues, even though my Dr. says that's not the problem. Anyway that's it in a nut shell. I'm back, and I really want to get involved with this, and maybe help someone else while helping myself.
