Losing weight is awesome. It's the only time that proclaiming I've hit a new low is a GOOD thing! hahaha

Yesterday I went to my ex-girlfriend's wedding, and I definitely allowed myself to endulge in everything. But what's better is that I don't feel bad about myself for doing it. You wouldn't either if there was DELICIOUS prime rib on your plate!!
It's a long weekend so I tend to stray from my points a bit (a lot) because there's usually some big party/event/celebration to go to. The key is not to beat myself up over it, and then make sure I go back to following my points within the next 24 hours.
Anyways, the wedding was fun. I caught the bouquet. hahaha

I've been eating like complete garbage recently, so I know exactly why the gain this week. I'm self-sabotaging the goal to have lost the first 20lb by my birthday, which is at the end of month. Why do I always screw myself over in the long run? Ugh.
Oh well, nothing to do but pick up and move on. I have a second job now, which means even more meal planning... that I haven't been doing recently. Been buying a lot of fast food and snacking on a lot of other junk. That changes today :) Planned out the day's meals today and everything is packed and ready to go.
I'm tired of being in the 190's... like my coworker says, it's time to "get the nine out already!" Here's to 189lb by Sept 30th!

I am under 195lb! I'm now back to the weight I was at New Year's.
Yesterday was awesome... it was the first time someone physically stopped me to ask if I had lost weight. It felt awesome to be able to say I've dropped 2 pant sizes! :)

I left my food journal on my desk at work on Friday, so I'm just going to jot down this weekend's meals here!
Saturday
Breakfast/Lunch (I slept in!):
-2 weetabix w/ 1tsp margarine & 1 tsp Splenda brown (3)
Snack:
-Animal crackers (3)
Dinner:
-BLT Salad (5)
{ingred: romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, plain croutons, bacon bits, grated cheese, caesar dressing}
-Hunts chocolate pudding (2)
-peanut butter Thinsations (2)
