I went to Toronto for the weekend and tried to make some good choices, but some bad ones definitely snuck in. I did do an awful lot of walking to try and counteract some of the bad choices, but I still gained. It's also that time of the month so I know that's a factor as well.

I'm going to Toronto again this weekend and I'm going to try to equip myself with some nutritional information from a few different restaurants so I can make some better choices, but since it's Pride weekend and the main point is to party my face off, I don't think I'll be reporting a loss next Tuesday either... my goal for the next weigh-in is to not gain anymore than I already have! The hotel we're staying at does not offer free breakfast (for shame!) so I think I'll bring my own cereal with me and at least start my days off right. Assuming I'm not hungover. :P The LCBO workers could strike as early as Wednesday, so Meg is doing a liquor run today to ensure the well does not run dry while we're having fun! haha

I HAVE CLEARED 200LB!!!!!!!!!! Weighed in at 199.2lb this morning. I am thrilled, and very proud of myself. This is even after making a cheesecake on the weekend, lol.

I've been flirting with 200lb for a couple of weeks! But it's my own fault I've not reached it... especially the last few days. I really haven't been planning or watching what I eat, and I'm kind of disappointed in myself for it. I've had to really pinch my pennies this month, which means buying cheaper groceries... and as we all know, the cheaper stuff is usually not as good for you.

That being said, I've still made some progress to be proud of!

I'm not surprised by my weight gain this week... can't attribute it to bloat, but can definitely chalk it up to poor eating decisions for the last four or five days! Especially considering last night I was attacked by a bag of popcorn shortly before entering the theatre to see "Drag Me To Hell." (It dragged my meal planning to hell along with it)

I have no choice but to get back on track now!! Here's this week's progress:

I went to Canada's Wonderland yesterday... I'd been saving up points for the last week so I could eat there and not have the hassle of carrying around a lot of food with me. I also had no intentions of sticking closely to the diet, and trust me, I succeeded at that. :P A burger and fries for lunch, and around 5pm the thing I was looking forward to most of all: funnel cake, with icing sugar, strawberries, and ice cream! Mmmmm. I'm not stepping on the scale because I don't want to know what I've gained just from that!!! I'm going to spend the next couple of days eating 20 points instead of my regular 24, just to be careful, because I'm sure even the amount of points I'd saved up wasn't enough for what I ate yesterday. :P I also need to step up my water intake HARDCORE, especially as I got a wicked sunburn and I'm still feeling a bit dehydrated!
