Well I didn't do good this weekend I have been eating more than I should be. I just felt hungry and I have been drinking a lot of water so I don't know what is going on. I got to work on getting my eating under control. Well I thought that I should eat a little more to slow my weight lost but I talked to the employees at Curve's and right now since I weigh so much it is okay to be dropping 7 lbs per week so starting tomorrow I am back to cutting my calories even though I put my RMI up to 1800 which I went over today so I am going back down cuz I want to get this weight off as quickly as my body lets me.

today is Sunday and I am up at 6 am to take the boyfriend fishing. I got home and transplanted my green bean plants into a bigger container. I should end up with about 20 plants. I gave my friend Barb the other pack of green beans because I have no where to put 40 plants. My Cucumber, zucchini, peas and cantaloupe plants are growing too. However my orange and red pepper plants aren't coming up yet. well today I am going to get ready and do my workout to the dance off the inches dvd since Curve's is closed today so I will add throughout the day.
Well we got the 4 rows of onions in today. 2 white onions and 2 yellows onions. It is over 80 degrees outside right now and I don't feel like eating much because of it but at the rate I am going I am going to be under 1500 calories again. I can't help it all I want to do is drink water. I am on my 2nd 36 oz bottle of bottle. maybe I will have a yogurt at least I will get 10 grams of protein

Today is Saturday and first day of fishing. I took the boyfriend fishing and then I went to Curve's to do body basics. It is a beautiful sunny day out and I did some digging in the garden. My seeds that I planted last weekend are coming up like crazy. I have like 19 green bean plants and counting. They say to put 5 seeds together in case some don't come up but mine always seem to come up. Next year I am cutting back. I have had a pretty good week so I hope that everybody else has too.

Well today is Friday and thank God!!! My mom got out of the hospital yesterday and I missed my first day at Curve's but since I spent over 5 hours in the vehicle I was just too sore. I went to Curve's today and did body basics and the machines. I felt great afterward and than spent another 3 hours in a vehicle again but I did spend part of the day with my mom.

April 11 - 3598 1.87 miles - 323.8 calories

Well i went to have my metabolic tested to see how many calories I need per a day. The test say 2390 to maintain my wight but I want to lose so I told the doctor that I have myself down to 1500 to 1600 calories. She said not to go lower than that especially after I said I have a day under 1300 and she said that is way too low. She is happy with my weight lose especially since I am only 7 lbs away from the weight loss to have weight loss surgery so next month I have to go to Danville to go to the surgery class and see the doctor down there. I am really excited to see where I will be next month since I plan on being under 375 lbs. We will see because I know that I can do it.
