This is the quote I chose for today. Hope this resonates with you wonderful members on here: "Choose to self-love rather than self-loathe. Choose to create for you rather than criticize yourself. Choose to blossom rather than break. Choose to flow with life rather than feel floored by it. Choose to be unstoppable." ~ ? ----- I don't who's quote that is. Interesting that no matter how positive I try to be at all times, those negative thoughts still come into my mind. Yesterday in my journal I wrote that I will find a positive solution to my negative thought. This is what quote showed up on a new lesson I just downloaded. (Just as I was having a negative thought) ----- "Be mindful of your self-talk. It's a conversations with the universe." ~ David James Lees. (Well, the universe answered me real quick this time, thankfully! LOL) ----- Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Forgot to do this yesterday ~~~~ Week 4 April Wishes Challenge: Motto: "Love yourself first & everything else falls into place." ~ Lucille Ball ----- Attainable goal: The moment a negative thought comes to my mind, replace it with a positive solution. ----- Progress: Still love listening to meditations first thing in the morning. Overall successful. I did have past emotions resurface again. I was able to work through them. Helped me to positively move forward on my journey. Lost the desire to binge.

Please don't think I'm being obnoxious. I ordered new clothes and the last of them finally arrived. I tried them on and they fit me beautiful. I look so nice in them. Mind you, I work in baggy, ratty old clothes. Thing is, I think I have a carnival fun house mirror. I can't believe what I look like in nice clothes. The mirror makes me look so pretty. It's got to be a fun house mirror :) I'm 56 and I'm acting like a young girl trying on clothes. Only thing, I DO NOT like to go shopping. Seriously, I want to say that every single member on here is beautiful no matter what they think of themselves. We are all bettering ourselves every single day. I am honored to be on this journey to health and wellness with all of you :)
