What a great time spent with my two BFF's last evening. We took the toy hauler out and partied with the "gang" and had a great time. It's nice when E.V. and her family can come down this way. She has not had that opportunity much these last couple decades or so. But now that they have the condo on wheels we can. Life is good when you are surrounded by your friends and family and having a great time. :) Now back to "reality" and work and the gym and my diet. All is good.

OH BOY did I over eat tonight!!! Went out to my besties party and let loose with the good times. Was incredibly active while I was there though. No excuses, I overate, but it tasted soo good and parties don't happen everyday. MMMMMM hotdogs and deviled eggs!!!

Good morning, Friday!!! Ernie went to work today. He seems to be doing a little better. Still very sad. The coroner did the autopsy on Marty yesterday and relesed the body so Ernie and his Dad can finally make some arrangements. I feel so sad for my husband. It's hard - life goes on, but for Ernie right now it's standing still.
So, it's the afternoon now, and Ernie has gotten word about cause of death of his brother... Masive Artery Disease. Two main heart arteries were 80-90% blocked and his heart was twice the size of normal. There is almost a sense of reief now for my husband to just simply know. He sounds better and seems to be feeling better. Like he can now proceed with the final arrangements. We will see how this progresses. He's funny when it comes to this kind of thing. We'll see.

Thursday - I'm off today through Sunday. Summer hours are great!!! Painted the bathroom in our rental this morning. Dang is it hot, sweating so bad doing it, I was dripping in the paint pan. Going to do the second coat later today. Gave in and had a Diet Coke while I was painting. Oh well, 1 coke in 3 days is not bad. I will try and go 4 or more days before having another one. Ha Ha. Have a Chiro apt. soon. Just the maintenence apt. No back, shoulder or neck probs for quite some time now. Will head to the Gym after my appointment for some circuit workout. My BFF's big weekend long "block" party starts tomorrow. Don't know if I should attend now or not. Ernie want's me to go, but I don't know if it is appropriate. I think I will go for a little while, for my friend, but I won't take the camper and hang out out there like planned. Feeling pretty good about things today. Always thinking about my size and how much I want to shrink it. Slowly but surely I will make that happen. Well - toodles for now. :)
