Woke up this morning...today is going to be one of those days, where all I want to do is drink coffee, eat cookies, potatoes, Nutella. Ugh! Hoping I can stay on track, will be logging in everything I eat
right
before/while I eat it and maybe that will help. Thank goodness for FS!

I think there's such a thing as too much protein! The thought of any meat? Blech. Who knew. Oh well; I'll cut back...my numbers are saying I do need more fat, not as much protein. Does anyone else notice how their face shape changes a ton when staying on track, lowering the carbs and sugar for a few weeks??? Wasn't expecting that!

??? I weighed myself a week ago, and was 152. Although, I moved my scale rooms so maybe it is a bit off? I won't get too excited until I track a little more. Since then I've cut out the carbs, no sweets, only in tea. Have been guzzling water, so it's not water weight!

First weigh-in is tomorrow, ah! As a side note, spicing food well seems to be key; helps with feeling full, and makes meals not as "boring" until there's time to try new, healthier recipes.
