Well folks, patience is a virtue and it finally paid off this week. I'm down 51.8 lbs now! Can a get a WooHoo?! I'm very excited and awesomely encouraged. I've been on WW 12 weeks now so I'm very pleased with my progress. Best of all I ate out this week and went to a Halloween party and was still able to be successful. That does alot for boosting my confidence about making wise choices while out but allowing myself some "regular" food. I'm trying to determine another short term goal. I'll post it as soon as I figure it out. Have a good week everyone!
