Hello FS Buddies:
I did my first Zumba class on Friday. Boy, I am sore and stiff. My weigh-in was good I had lost 5 lbs. I do not know how, but I guess this counting calories really does work. Some days I go over my RDI (which is set at 1350) so if I go over I am still within a low range. I wanted a number with a zero in it but got a even better number (from 223 to 218 how sweet the sound). So to those whose are eating right and the scale does not reflect the work, just hold on it's coming. Zumba tomorrow, This sistah thought she had soul until Zumba..All the soul went out the window. LOL

Hello Buddies: My weight loss journey is going OK.. Would like faster results, but steady losing. I am ready to see a zero behind my weight loss numbers. I am joining a Zumba class today. Wish me well. This sistah is going to be a fine philly soon. So watch out!!! (This goes for the Ex or this missing man that was in my life).

Hello family, I have not been monitoring my eating lately. Going through some personal issues. So the other day I went for my comfort food (Mexican) and the scale made sure that it knew......Only gained 3 lbs, back on track...I am in the process of finding a place to live, and it has not been easy (not the best credit)it has began to take toll on me (living with daughter, some days she speaks and other days she want looks as if she want me out the same day.) So I do what gives me comfort....eat what I want.......Pray for a sistah

I changed my RDI again to 1200 calories per day. I did this in case I go over a bit. Let's see what happens this week! Still maintaining the weight loss minus or plus a pound or two. ( Damed Water Weight)

I think that I need to move the scale....I am always tempted to weigh myself on my off days. When I see the scale go up and down, knowing that the extra weight might be water weight I still get upset. Why do women have this problem? I hate that darn scale.....I am going to get it out of my path. But so far the weight is staying off. I want to be skinny today but I am taking it one day at a time.
