Today I went over my recommended calories, back on track tomorrow. Doing well.

I got on the scale this morning...NO CHANGE. I am disappointed with myself. I try to eat right, but I think that I eat too much. I changed my RDI to 1500 calories but my body is not letting this FAT leave. What do I do? I have been exercising everyday. Could this be muscle? Help!!!!!

Worked part of yesterday in field, missed doctor's appointment. Met up with friends had a few cocktails. Breakfast was oatmeal, tea, fruit. No lunch. Doctor called and informed me that I am a Diabetic. I am numb...I started to eat better before I got the news. This is going to be a LIFE-STYLE change. I will beat this with diet and exercise....Pray for a Sistah.....

the first day for the rest of my life...weigh-in this morning....down 4 lbs. Today is Friday...meeting w/friends, must watch the liquor
