maintaining my weight this week and I am absolutely ok with that.. part of my process needs to be learning to maintain and all though I would have preferred a loss, Ill take it. Ive been following the work out plan on my new book, burn the fat feed the muscle and Im liking it so far bc its a four day lifting plan doing upper/lower rest then upper/lower. Leaves time for cardio. Im also signed up for this "fit company" challenge where we are gonna compete against other companies. Its like an obstacle course and fit challenges. Im nervous but excited too ! Its on 4/8 and we are training for it every weekend. Work/life balance has been good this week and I had my one on one with my boss. We do this every month to get feedback and to provide input and Im happy that she noted that Ive really come along way since our last meeting and I am doing good (I had a rough transition) and Im even going to be mentoring our new person which to me is huge bc it shows me that they think I know my sh!t. LOL Having a wonderful day today and I hope you are too !

dont you hate is when you wake up and just arent feeling it. I fluffed off last night and did not get anything ready for today and then I woke up and the time change is just messing with me. I took a shower, got dressed for gym, made breakfast and lunch and then just didn't go to the gym. I started to clean my house and check emails and yada yada and ignored the clock and then just basically decided not to go. I know, never miss a Monday but I reasoned with myself that I would get a good work out in if I didn't give it 100%. I sorta feel bad about it but then I really dont. I have 4 weight days planned for this week and I will still get in a hour on the treadmill at work. May not be as intense as the the gym but its still an hour on the treadmill. Any one ever just skip a day for no reason? On a positive note, my house got really clean and I made some great meals for the day, so I feel like today is not a total waste. Anyway, have a good day buddies where ever you are..
