im still here..and pushing thru, just been busy and haven't had a lot of time to post. But redgirl is no quitter!I'll post a real journal soon.. just wanted to stop in an weigh in! Happy Monday fit family !

i haven't been logging lately. I was starting to notice I spend too much time on line before work and it was causing me to waste time and leave late to the gym and work and too much time after work online was causing me to have a hard time falling asleep at night so I just cut it off for a while. Ive been hanging on and getting some decent work outs in. The hot guy at the gym (married and we are friends) mentioned he noticed Ive lost weight and so did my favorite cashier and my local grocery store.. so that makes me feel good. I will make some time to go thru and comment/compliment and support all my wonderful buddies. I hope you all have a great day!.

maintaining my weight this week and I am absolutely ok with that.. part of my process needs to be learning to maintain and all though I would have preferred a loss, Ill take it. Ive been following the work out plan on my new book, burn the fat feed the muscle and Im liking it so far bc its a four day lifting plan doing upper/lower rest then upper/lower. Leaves time for cardio. Im also signed up for this "fit company" challenge where we are gonna compete against other companies. Its like an obstacle course and fit challenges. Im nervous but excited too ! Its on 4/8 and we are training for it every weekend. Work/life balance has been good this week and I had my one on one with my boss. We do this every month to get feedback and to provide input and Im happy that she noted that Ive really come along way since our last meeting and I am doing good (I had a rough transition) and Im even going to be mentoring our new person which to me is huge bc it shows me that they think I know my sh!t. LOL Having a wonderful day today and I hope you are too !

dont you hate is when you wake up and just arent feeling it. I fluffed off last night and did not get anything ready for today and then I woke up and the time change is just messing with me. I took a shower, got dressed for gym, made breakfast and lunch and then just didn't go to the gym. I started to clean my house and check emails and yada yada and ignored the clock and then just basically decided not to go. I know, never miss a Monday but I reasoned with myself that I would get a good work out in if I didn't give it 100%. I sorta feel bad about it but then I really dont. I have 4 weight days planned for this week and I will still get in a hour on the treadmill at work. May not be as intense as the the gym but its still an hour on the treadmill. Any one ever just skip a day for no reason? On a positive note, my house got really clean and I made some great meals for the day, so I feel like today is not a total waste. Anyway, have a good day buddies where ever you are..

worked my butt off this week and it shows! Ive been up and down with these last 3lbs for weeks now and I was stalled. I had to work my a$$ off these last 10 days at the gym and on my diet. I get in these mind sets where I get lazy and dont do the work and the scale shows it. I had to snap out of that. and OMG YIPPEE !! a loss again..when I stepped on the scale at the dr's today I literally cried. Mr dr. came out and she was like" you ok?" and then I told her why and she was just as happy for me too! Dear diet gods give me the strength to stick with it and not stray.. HAPPY DAY !! back in one-derland !! whoot whoot . here is a small victory pic.. I was back at size 18 on 9/7/16.. this is today...
